The event unlocks in the browser you purchased it from. Make sure this is the same browser you initially unlocked the event from. If yes, you must have tried many unlocks on different devices and exceeded the allowed limit. Up to 3 unlocks are allowed. Next unlock attempts disable your original unlocks.
